Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Provide information about products, services, pricing, and processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spares, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up on orders, requests, and service-related concerns.
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and promote customer satisfaction.
- Prepare basic customer service reports when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
