About the Role As a Customer Service Delivery Driver for Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln in Orland Park, IL, you will safely transport customers' vehicles between the dealership and their homes or workplaces, delivering professional, friendly service and helping ensure a seamless customer experience. What You'll Do
- Drive customers' cars to and from the dealership and their homes or places of work
- Ensure timely and safe delivery and pickup of vehicles
- Maintain clear communication with customers and dealership staff regarding delivery schedules
- Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after delivery, including taking photos and uploading to app
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must wear business casual attire; reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to handle vehicles with care and professionalism
- Good communication skills and ability to interact courteously with customers
- Knowledge of the Orland Park, IL area preferred Nice to Have
