Job Duties and Responsibilities
Garantizar atención y solución de requerimientos de pedidos; asegurar cpatura de ordenes de compra en sistema, mantener informado al cliente status, open order, back order; fechas de embarque, controlar corecta recepción de ordenes de compra co base a plitica comercial; promover una comunicación efectiva con clientes internos y externos, generar reportes; lograr incrementar la satisfacción del cliente.
Análisis y solución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
