CUSTOMER SERVICE- Coordinator

Location: Bình Dương, Viet Nam

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Receives customer order, key into Oracle system and deploy it with production and supply chain team.
• Coordinates with all relevant departments to make sure the order in right process and follow up until it is delivered to customers
• Works closely with technicians who can understand more clearly situation and demand of customers that helps CSD offer the best service to customers.
• Through work experience, foresee problems which can happen to customers concerning to delivery time, proper quantity on PO, the prices… to reduce difficulty and complaint from customers to a minimum.
• Be important bridge linking information from customer with the company and vice versa
• Cooperates harmoniously with relevant departments such as technical service, production, warehouse, Q/C, R&D, purchasing dept., ...to ensure that every requirement from customers is satisfied.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Makes sure factory have enough raw material for our customers by preparing sale forecast monthly.
• Assists accountant in collection through flexible in delivery (control orders to make sure customer have no delay in production but we can get payment).
• Makes sure all customers’ requirements to be delegated to relevant departments and having feedback to customers.
• Responds to questions and concerns from manager regarding CS operations, reports, performs research, and provides recommendations or opinions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• At least three years of customer service, merchandise or equivalent experience.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• College or equivalent education and experience.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applicable applications.

• Communicating with co-workers to provide and receive direction.
