Job Description
What you’ll do

Support customers through live chat and inbound calls with warmth and care

Solve everyday tech issues, such as login errors and device compatibility

Guide customers through account and billing questions

Keep clear, accurate records of every interaction

Stay up to date on product updates and policies so you always give the right answer
Qualifications

What we’re looking for
-
Fluent spoken Cantonese, written Traditional Chinese, and spoken and written English
-
Ideally 1 to 2 years in customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT)

A positive, patient, problem-solving attitude

Work setup

Shifts: 9am to 9pm, including weekends
-
Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off (40 hours a week)

Location: 100% onsite in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (no hybrid option)
