Compensation: Earn $20+/hour with commission (base $15–$16/hour)

About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you're the face of WashU. Your main focus is creating a great experience for every customer and helping them find the membership that fits their needs. No car wash experience needed — we'll train you. What we're really looking for is someone friendly, reliable, and motivated to earn.
What You'll Do

Greet customers and answer questions about our services and membership packages

Sell and upsell monthly memberships and premium wash services

Process cash and card payments accurately

Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Monitor vehicles through the wash and operate equipment including power washers and vacuums

Help keep the facility clean and well-maintained
