What will your functions be?
- Brindar soporte y atención a clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Realizar seguimiento a los embarques de importación y exportación.
- Gestionar requerimientos, consultas y novedades de los clientes.
- Mantener una comunicación constante con proveedores, agentes y áreas internas.
- Actualizar información en los sistemas operativos de la compañía.
- Apoyar la coordinación de procesos logísticos y documentación asociada.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio y tiempos de respuesta establecidos.
What are we looking for?
Perfil requerido
- Tecnólogo o profesional en Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año en empresas del sector de logística internacional, desempeñando funciones en áreas de servicio al cliente y/o soporte operativo.
