Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Work Mode: Monday – Friday, with Saturdays required during client fittings, peak periods, and special appointments
Requirements
- Female with a professional, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, bridal, luxury retail, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage clients with professionalism.
- Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
