About this role

Follow up with newly registered beauty therapists and assist with completing their onboarding.

Review therapist profiles and chase missing photos, information and outstanding requirements.

Follow up with leads generated through Meta advertising and encourage them to complete their registrations.

Respond to customer and therapist enquiries through Instagram, email and other communication channels.

Make phone calls when necessary to follow up with therapists and customers.

Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track registrations, enquiries, profile completion and follow-ups.

Provide general customer service and administrative support.
