We are looking for a customer-focused and sales-driven individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will attend to customer enquiries, handle complaints, follow up with potential customers, and convert enquiries into paying customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
- Provide customers with accurate information.
- Convert potential customers into paying customers.
Requirements

Good spoken and written English.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to convince customers and close sales.

Confidence in making follow-up calls and sending WhatsApp messages to customers.

Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.

Good record-keeping and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp.

Ability to work with sales targets and daily reports.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, banking, telecommunications, or logistics is an advantage.
