Job Description
Are you passionate about travel and love helping people? Put your Spanish and English skills to work and join us as a Travel Agent in the exciting travel industry!
What you'll do

Be the friendly voice and main point of contact for travelers via phone, email, and chat

Manage inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and payments with care and accuracy

Suggest travel destinations, dates, and options tailored to each client’s needs

Coordinate with cruise lines and other partners to keep travelers informed

Use booking software to organize and manage travel plans

Quickly solve problems and update clients on any travel changes

What we’re looking for

Strong Spanish and English communication skills (B2 level or higher)

A positive, customer-focused mindset

Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications

Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

A team player who enjoys solving problems creatively
