What you will do

Based at our Wellington branch, part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Service Team to ensure customers needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.

This will be achieved by

  • Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates
  • Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation
  • Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing

Who you are

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our Hamilton team.

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes.

You will have

  • Strong knowledge of the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle, or parts industry
  • Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes
  • Technical understanding of heavy vehicles, workshop operations or aftermarket support
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and operational excellence
