Job Title Customer Service Administration - Sr Associate I

Job Description:

This position is an exciting opportunity to interact with live customer wherein you will chat with customers, resolving their credit card related queries. Requires strong customer service expertise, communication and decision making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via live chat with accuracy.
• Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
• Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
• Recommend improvement in the processes to bring efficiency in the process.
• Achieve good productivity number, CSAT and other parameters above benchmark to be competition

Skills/Experience:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency and accuracy in typing, minimum typing of 40-50 word per minute
• Ability to organize and follow-up multiple tasks / details with accuracy and timeliness
• Ability to work flexible hours (including night shift) with rotational week-off
