Description
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of company revenue targets.
- The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide suitable products or services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote company products and services through calls, emails, social media, and face-to-face interactions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in sales
- Must have know how to drive and have a valid license
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
