Location
Abuja The customer retention officer shall be responsible for developing and executing strategies that improve subscriber retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value across Media Trust Group’s subscription products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subscriber lifecycle. Run renewal and win-back campaigns. Identify at-risk subscribers. Maintain the CRM database. Analyse cancellations. Work with Editorial to improve subscriber value. Develop loyalty initiatives. Produce retention dashboards. Monitor trends. Support new subscription launches. Required Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Degree in a relevant field. Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in CRM, subscriptions, or customer retention. Subscription business experience is an advantage. Retention strategy CRM Analytics Reporting Communication Campaign management
