Job Summary
We are seeking a professional customer service Representative to handle customer inquiries, orders, and delivery updates.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Provide customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with dispatch riders regarding delivery status.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND/ BSc Degree
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Customer Representative
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Basic Computer skills
Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
