Customer Quality Engineer
Sika is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join its growing team. In Grandview for our Automotive and Industry team.
The Customer Quality Engineer at Sika will play a key role ensuring Injection Mold production efficiency through process design and development, and direct production support.
- Serve as customer representative for product issues (quality, deliveries and other customer requests).
- Lead and direct customer issues to closure, by gathering appropriate teams and problem-solving using tools such as 8Ds, 5Ps, DWDP, 5-Whys and other such documents, per customer requirements.
- Maintain daily quality (PPM and other targets) and cost (internal and external costs) data for all customers as well as at the Grandview plant level.
- Fulfills all new parts submission (PPAP) requirements.
- Provide on-site problem resolution at customer locations.
