About this role
Oversees and/or performs Quality activities oriented to assure Customer Satisfaction. Will have direct & frequent contact with customer and/or internal/external cross-functional team impact as requested. Lead & Support Projects related to Get Customer Certifications for the plant, is going to be the driver of the effective execution of Quality Projects and the quality management system.

Experienced quality engineer (3 years minimum)

Technical Knowledge on Quality Systems & Standards

Direct Customer Communication (Ford is highly preferred)

Knowledge in CORE TOOLS (APQP, FMEA , MSA, SPC, PPAP)

Experienced with IATF-16949 (Highly preferred).

Highly preferred having experience directly working with clients on tracking projects, reviewing non-conformances with clear and accurate updates and negotiating agreements; Deep understanding of customer portals, with specific experience in the Ford platform.(MMOG/LE)
