We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the key quality liaison between our organization and customers, ensuring rapid issue resolution, driving continuous improvement, and delivering world-class quality performance.
What You'll Do

Act as the primary quality contact for customers, managing complaints, quality concerns, and customer-specific requirements.

Lead structured problem-solving activities, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Monitor quality performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with experience in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality within an automotive manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (8D, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis) and customer-specific quality requirements.

Experience interacting directly with customers and advanced English proficiency.
