Responsible for filling customer orders to assure shipping correct quantity at the right time. Identify demand variations to establish safety stock strategies. Interact with customers to obtain information to improve planning strategies.
Activities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing 24/7 support to OEMs and distribution depots. Manage and resolve customer portal tickets in a timely and professional manner. Create and maintain customer shipping schedules and releases. Monitor customer inventory coverage by analyzing available stock against customer demand requirements. Conduct weekly demand analysis to identify changes, trends, and potential risks in customer requirements. Maintain and optimize Auto-Release processes and JDE system configurations.
