Customer Planner
Day to Day Responsibility
- Collaborate with sales, business development, product line management team to develop and maintain accurate rolling forecast in terms of driving procurement activities.
- Monitor and analyze demand trend to adjust forecast and plans proactively.
- Work with production planner to ensure the production schedule is aligned with customer requirements.
- Proactively identify potential material shortage and develop mitigation plan to prevent production disruptions.
- Develop and maintain KPI for inventory turns, lead time performance and slow moving mitigation plan.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, computer science, purchasing management or relevant field, MBA is preferred.
- 5 years working experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience using an SAP system.
Required Skills
- Successful track record of performance in chosen field.
- 1-3 years relevant work experience.
- Know EHS relevant law and regulations.
- Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).
- Working experience in ERP system, SAP or other systems.
- High sense of responsibility and initiatives, self-motivated, good team player and the ability to work with a wide cross-section of people in various locations.
- Fluent oral and written English and mandarin.
- Computer skills, Word, Excel and PPT skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Good understanding of culture different between different countries.
