About the Role LEGO System A/S is seeking a highly skilled SAP key user to join LEGO Japan to support business growth and enhance customer experience. This role sits in the Order Management team, balancing daily operations for key accounts with projects related to our digital journey.
What You'll Do
- Pro-active order entry (launch, campaign & bundles forecast adherence) and support for order management to ensure optimal flow of goods to customers
- Facilitate, modify and improve order management including pre-order process support and inform about stock availability
- Support customer claims and returns, investigate claims, coordinate returns with customers, transporters and warehouses, and create credit/debit notes
- Manage supply allocation in case of constrained supply; ongoing reporting and presentations on inventory levels, out-of-stock items, and team communications
