About the Role LEGO System A/S is seeking a highly skilled SAP key user to join LEGO Japan to support business growth and enhance customer experience. This role sits in the Order Management team, balancing daily operations for key accounts with projects related to our digital journey.
What You'll Do
- Pro-active order entry (launch, campaign & bundles forecast adherence) and support for order management to ensure optimal flow of goods to customers
- Facilitate, modify and improve order management including pre-order process support and inform about stock availability
- Support customer claims and returns, investigate claims, coordinate returns with customers, transporters and warehouses, and create credit/debit notes
- Manage supply allocation in case of constrained supply; ongoing reporting and presentations on inventory levels, out-of-stock items, and team communications
- Proactively follow up on overdue items and variances on quotations; fill rate reporting to customers and internally
- Handle Value-added Services (end of month reconciliation, palletization schematics preparation) and customer inventory optimization based on stock data
- Govern Order-to-Cash processes; maintain master data on SAP, EDI and Web B2B; become SME in product and customer master data for Japan
- Lead order processing automation projects as local key user (SAP HANA, B2B web shop, EDI, Contents Hub, approval engine, etc.)

- Highly skilled SAP key user with ability to support LEGO Japan business growth
- Strong analytical approach and collaborative mindset
- Experience in order management, SAP, EDI, and customer master data; ability to work on digitization and process improvement projects
- Ability to lead local projects for order processing automation and act as local owner for related initiatives
