Customer Onboarding and Marketing Agent
- Our client is seeking confident, energetic and result-driven individuals to join their team in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard new customers.
- Promote digital banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account registration and activation.
- Engage traders, business owners and potential customers.
- Drive customer referrals and meet assigned targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND or NCE.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, fintech, POS operations or customer acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must own a smartphone and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Willingness to work in the field six days a week.
