Job title: Customer Master Data Analyst

About the Role As a Customer Master Data Analyst at Solventum, you will own customer master data for assigned Sold-to accounts and help ensure data quality and governance across platforms. You will support business needs by delivering accurate customer information and enabling effective use of data in sales and operations.

What You'll Do

• Ownership of Customer Master Data for assigned Sold to accounts.
• Apply deep understanding of data standards and cleansing processes, while recognizing upstream and downstream impacts of customer data changes.
• Verify and standardize customer information through trusted online sources such as Tianyancha, Qichacha, Baidu Maps and others.
• Receive and manage work requests through Salesforce, ensuring prompt and professional communication with related functions.
• Facilitate the entry of new master data records, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and accurately input into the system.
• Communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—regarding work status, issues, and updates.
• Conduct thorough research and documentation of customer information to support business needs.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and align with team priorities.
• Facilitate training sessions, ensuring training compliance, providing floor support, and running data quality initiatives.
• Uphold master data governance policies to maintain consistency and data integrity across platforms.
• Ensure critical customer data complies with both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and execute data quality remediation efforts as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data-focused role, OR at least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, including data handling and formatting.
• Additional qualifications that could help: Power BI reporting or data analytics; experience with data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices.
• Work location: Onsite in Shanghai, China.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
