We are looking for a customer-focused detail-oriented individual to join a fully onsite team in Florida as a Customer
Experience
- Specialist. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is well suited for someone who can quickly build product knowledge, communicate with confidence, and take ownership of customer needs from initial contact through resolution. The role offers the chance to become a trusted contributor within a collaborative service environment while supporting both customers and internal business partners.
Responsibilities

Deliver responsive support to customers and internal stakeholders by handling inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care.

Manage incoming phone and email communications, clarify customer needs, and provide clear guidance on requests, orders, and service issues.

Process customer purchases, returns, and related documentation in accordance with company procedures and service expectations.

Prepare and complete return-related invoicing while ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Serve as a support resource for the sales organization by assisting with customer follow-up and account coverage as needed.

Build a strong understanding of product offerings, current promotions, and common customer concerns to provide informed assistance.

Use approved response guidelines when addressing product questions and coordinate with technical support teams when more advanced troubleshooting is required.

Partner with colleagues to balance workloads, maintain service levels, and contribute to a culture of accountability and urgency.

At least 3 years of experience in customer service, customer operations, order processing, or a similar support-focused role.

Proven ability to take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential through increased responsibility or career progression.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling calls, emails, and cross-functional coordination.

Effective time-management abilities with close attention to accuracy, deadlines, and follow-through.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with confidence navigating multiple browser-based systems.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience supporting products related to vehicle audio, video, safety, or connectivity is preferred but not required.
