Position Customer Experience Representative (CXR) Location: 4100 E. Donald Douglas Dr. Long Beach, CA 92808 Status: Full time Starting pay: $18.50 per hour, plus potential bonuses/incentives

Schedule:

• This is a Union position with a shift bid; 40 hours per week
• Open availability to work 40 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, friendly, and promptly
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and other services
• Use approved sales and service techniques to determine needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other equipment
• Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and resolutions for customers and other parties
• Place outgoing calls for callbacks and other assigned calls
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition upon return
• Notify Management of known customer or vehicle issues
• Pursue on-the-job training and development opportunities
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Valid unrestricted driver's license

• Criminal history considered in accordance with applicable law
