• We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and results-driven Customer

Experience

• Manager with strong managerial skills and a proven ability to lead teams, improve service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.
• The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, exceptionally coordinated, and capable of managing people, processes, and customer interactions effectively.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an added advantage.
• This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can oversee customer experience operations, develop and implement service improvement strategies, manage customer complaints, monitor team performance, streamline processes, and ensure a consistently excellent patient experience.

Compensation
