As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face, character and heart of our branches. What You'll Do
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customers' needs and listening to understand what they are asking for.
- Process day-to-day transactions.
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships.
- Contribute to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
- Be a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking applications to help them manage their banking needs.
