About the Role As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face, character and heart of our branches. You help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering exceptional service and guiding them through their banking journey, including digital and self-service options. You will proactively uncover customer needs, process transactions, nurture relationships, and contribute to branch targets to support a positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customers' needs and listening to understand what they are asking for
- Process day-to-day transactions
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships
- Contribute to the Branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Be a technology expert and share your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs

- Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Ability to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable in simple sales situations
- Strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers
