About the Role As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face, character and heart of our branches. You’ll help customers achieve their financial goals by delivering friendly service, understanding needs, and guiding them through everyday banking. This is a branch-based, part-time position at Orchard Place, Kelowna, BC. What You'll Do
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customers' needs and listen to understand what they are asking for
- Process day-to-day transactions
- Nurture long-standing relationships
- Contribute to the branch’s targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Be a technology expert and introduce clients to mobile banking and digital/self-service options to help manage their banking What We're Looking For
- Have proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Willing to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable in simple sales situations
