About the Role As a Customer Experience Associate, you are the face, character and heart of our branches. Scotiabank aims to put customers first and help them achieve their financial goals. You will focus on providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey and guiding clients to digital banking options. What You'll Do
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Proactively discover customers’ needs and listen to understand what they are asking for
- Process day-to-day transactions
- Nurture rich, long-standing relationships
- Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities to contribute to branch targets
- Be a technology expert by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs What We're Looking For
- Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Willingness to assist in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Comfortable in simple sales situations
