About the Role We are looking for a Customer Demand Specialist to join our Customer Demand Generation organization in Bucharest, supporting enterprise customers across Europe & META. In this role, you will help generating qualified sales opportunities for the customer Solutions & Services portfolio while collaborating closely with the Devices and Infrastructure teams to identify cross-portfolio opportunities. You'll engage customers through outbound prospecting, strategic marketing campaigns, and major events, helping them discover Lenovo solutions that address their business needs. What You'll Do
- Generate Qualified Demand: Identify, engage, and nurture enterprise prospects across Europe & META through outbound outreach, digital campaigns, strategic events, and opportunity mining.
- Generate qualified sales pipeline for Lenovo's Solutions & Services portfolio, including: Managed Services Technical Account Management (TAM); Proactive & Advanced Support; Consulting Services; TruScale and As-a-Service solutions
- Collaborate with Country Sales teams to identify strategic target accounts and prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Conduct meaningful customer conversations to understand business challenges and identify opportunities where Lenovo solutions can create value. What We're Looking For
- Experience in outbound prospecting and demand generation to build a robust sales pipeline across Europe & META.
- Ability to engage enterprise customers across Europe & META and work with Local Sales, Marketing, Technical Specialists, and regional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset; ability to translate business challenges into Lenovo solutions.
- Familiarity with Lenovo's Solutions & Services portfolio (Managed Services, Technical Account Management, Proactive & Advanced Support, Consulting Services, TruScale and As-a-Service) is a plus.
