BRINKS is seeking a Customer Care professional to join our team in Rungis, France. This full-time onsite role is part of the Customer Care career area and will focus on delivering excellent customer support to our clients in the local region.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support to BRINKS clients in the Rungis area.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
