Description

Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media and in person
- Take and process customer orders and follow up on deliveries
- Recommend suitable skincare products to customers
- Create content for our social media pages, including photos, short videos and captions
- Maintain a professional and friendly brand image at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback
Requirements
- Female, aged 21 to 26
- Minimum of ND or NCE
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create social media content (photos, short videos, captions)
- Experience in customer service, skincare, beauty, wellness or retail is an advantage
- Must live in Lagos, preferably close to Ikeja
- Available to work Monday to Saturday.
Salary
N100,000 monthly (including allowances and bonuses).
