Summary

We are looking for a smart, professional, organised, and customer-focused individual looking for a PPA to join our team as a Customer Care Intern(NYSC).

Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, calls, and messages professionally.
Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and processes.
Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
Handle customer follow-ups and ensure timely responses.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex matters when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, inquiries, and interactions.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Prepare, organise, and maintain company documents and records.
Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications.
Assist with scheduling, meetings, reports, and other administrative tasks.
Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 0 - 1 year experience.
Must be smart, presentable, and professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Must have a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in customer care, administration, or a related role is an added advantage.

N50,000 monthly.
