Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, calls and messages professionally
- Provide accurate info about products, services and processes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers and resolve issues promptly
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Provide admin support managing emails, documents, schedules and reports
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree | 0-1 year experience
- Smart, presentable and professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and admin skills
- Good customer service and problem-solving mindset
- Computer literate (MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus)
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Customer care / admin experience is an added advantage
