About this role

About the Role You will serve as the main point of contact for Tower customers, driving activities from design through end-of-life. You will champion customer needs within the organization, collaborating with sales, operations, engineering, and quality teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and Tower's business goals and manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial design win to final ramp-down. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary interface for customers on design, prototyping and qualification through production release.
  • Serve as the primary interface for all quality and reliability issues on production parts.
  • Coordinate with yield and engineering teams to resolve product-related parametric and yield issues.
  • Work with customer engineering to ensure tape-ins occur on schedule.
  • Provide design funnel updates and seek feedback after tape-in completion.
  • Partner with sales to obtain customer start letters and monthly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Industrial Engineering to determine capacity constraints and feedback to customers.
  • Ensure customer tape-in flows seamlessly from CAD and photomask to wafer start and delivery, setting proper lot priorities and commit dates with Operations.
  • Obtain FSRFs and ensure process splits are performed per customer request.
  • Manage MPW process from initial tape-out through dice delivery.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and factory audits with Logistics, Operations and Quality; prepare the business portion and drive action items.
  • Administer E-bizz accounts and address customer help tickets.
  • Support inventory reduction by efficiently managing customer engineering orders and wafer requirements.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction via feedback from surveys and business reviews.
  • Send periodic performance metrics to customers. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; emphasis in semiconductor manufacturing preferred. MBA preferred but not necessary.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • 2+ years of increasingly responsible and successful customer account management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of semiconductor process flows (including mask layers), Mask Cad and Probe processes to manage inline change requests and masking layer requirements with customer.
  • Experience in process integration or product engineering preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of PROMIS preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Office, data collection and analysis systems and SAP (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of quality systems standard (9001, 14001, TS16949) and industry standards (JEDEC).
  • Project management and people management capabilities will be a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Nice to Have
  • Experience with MPW management, tape-ins, and factory routings.
  • MBA or advanced technical training.
