About the Role Uline is seeking a Custom Orders Representative to support customers with custom order requests, ensure accurate entry and processing, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders. This role helps ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery for customized products.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers submitting custom orders.
- Collect and verify order details, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Enter orders accurately in the system and track status from placement to fulfillment.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements.
- Communicate proactively with customers on order status and resolve issues as needed.
