What You'll Do
- Lead a team developing custom analytics solutions for clients.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending and credit risk management practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver analytical outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate degree in Computer Science with advanced statistics coursework.
- 7+ years of relevant professional analytical experience.
- Expertise in statistical programming (R or SAS), with intermediate SQL skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentations to executives.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Effective project management and leadership, able to delegate, set goals, and coach teams.
- Capable of leading complex projects independently and motivating/managing teams.
- Proficient in data evaluation and guiding research; hands-on analysis experience with SAS, R is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident public speaker for diverse audience sizes.
- Solid understanding of business questions and transforming data into actionable intelligence.
- Comfortable communicating across all organizational levels, adjusting approach as needed.
- Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written.

- Hands-on analysis experience is a plus (SAS, R) or related data science work.
