About the Role Brink's Indonesia is looking for a licensed, trained, safe, reliable, and responsive Custodian to transport high-value cash and valuables to banks and businesses worldwide using modern solutions that keep customers moving forward. You will operate in a challenging, high-performance environment and be responsible for processes that protect cash and keep the business running.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and protect the safety of employees, vehicles, and operations at all times
- Transmit or retrieve valuables at customer sites
- Stay vigilant at all times to protect the crew and area from attacks and to monitor for incidents that could cause loss
- Inspect and identify potential risks during transit
- Maintain effective communication with team members, operators, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and safe workflow
- Reconcile deposits and customer receipts for all valuables handled daily
- Comply with procedures, policies, and regulations governing use, handling, maintenance, and secure, lawful operations
- Deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Possess licensure and certification relevant to armored vehicle operation
- Ability to meet physical job demands, including lifting heavy objects and maintaining high levels of alertness for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Compliance with traffic regulations and a clean driving record
- Ability to build effective partnerships at all levels to influence change and achieve positive results
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- Experience in at least one of the following: commercial or specialized fleet driving, security, military, or other professional driving experience
