CTP Flexibles Graduate Programme

CTP Flexibles is inviting 2026 graduates in BCom General, Cost Accounting or Management Accounting to apply for its 12-month Graduate Programme in Cape Town. Applications close on 22 November 2026.

CTP Flexibles, a division of Caxton & CTP Publishers and Printers Limited, is offering a Graduate Programme designed to help recent graduates gain practical workplace experience and develop professional skills. Based in Cape Town, Western Cape, the programme provides an opportunity for eligible graduates to apply their academic knowledge in a professional manufacturing and business environment.

The programme is particularly suited to individuals who completed their studies in 2026 or are expected to graduate during 2026. Through practical exposure, training and collaboration with experienced professionals, successful candidates will have the opportunity to strengthen their workplace capabilities and prepare for future career opportunities.

Applications for the programme close on 22 November 2026.

Overview of the CTP Graduate Programme

The CTP Graduate Programme is structured as a 12-month contract running from January to December 2027. It aims to provide graduates with meaningful work experience while supporting their professional development and understanding of business operations.

The opportunity falls within CTP Flexibles’ administration business unit, with a functional focus on supply chain. As part of a company operating in the packaging and printing industry, participants can gain exposure to the working environment of an established manufacturing organisation.

The programme is intended for graduates who are ready to transition from academic studies into the workplace. Participants will be expected to demonstrate initiative, a willingness to learn and the ability to contribute to everyday business activities.

What the Graduate Programme Offers

The programme is designed to combine practical workplace exposure with opportunities for learning and professional growth. Successful candidates will work alongside experienced professionals and have the opportunity to apply concepts acquired during their studies to real-world projects.

Participants can also benefit from networking opportunities with industry professionals, mentors and fellow graduates. These interactions may help them develop a better understanding of workplace expectations and build relationships that support their professional development.

Training sessions will be provided to enhance participants’ skills and prepare them for future employment opportunities. In addition, graduates will have the opportunity to rotate through different departments, allowing them to understand various aspects of the business and how different functions contribute to organisational performance.

This exposure is intended to help participants develop a broader understanding of business operations while strengthening their ability to work collaboratively and respond to workplace challenges.
