Job Summary

This position will be responsible for supporting all digital media projects at Green Anchors, including supporting the development, implementation and operations for Green Anchors social media campaigns and profiles. Individuals in this position will also be responsible for compiling digital resources and supporting the ongoing maintenance of a digital database. This position will also support the Our Village Garden podcast.

Location: 8940 N Bradford St, Portland, OR 97203

Note: Student may not earn more than $2,000 total in this position, which equates to 118 hours worked between Fall and Spring semester.

Core Duties

• Support social media campaigns and general account maintenance.
• Provide logistical and operational support for marketing efforts.
• Assist with maintenance of digital records.
• Support staff in creating digital resources.
• Assist with relevant documentation and data tracking for podcast grant.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have Federal Work Study fund in Financial Aid Package
• Experience with social media
• Experience with digital media ex, podcasts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience utilizing social media as a tool for outreach and advertisement
• Experience with sound editing, audio
• Familiarity with technology systems used in podcasts

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
