CSR Communication and Reporting Officer

SERVICE DIMENSIONS

• Provide impactful communication, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement support that turns project data into credible insights, compelling narratives, and clear evidence of the Company’s societal investment and value creation.

ACTIVITIES

CSR Reporting

• Calculates the annual societal performance according to the Group format
• Receives contribution from CSR team and other Affiliate entities and collates and edits for CSR reports
• Undertakes HQ liaison for reporting and communication of CSR activities and prepares Affiliate contribution to Group Societal report

Internal and External Communication

• Writes speeches, articles and stories on CSR activities and events
• Develops and updates the CSR Website on the intranet
• Prepares articles, interviews, CSR brochures, newsletters, magazines, posters etc for use at external conferences and diffusion to Affiliate entities, in liaison with the Public Affairs & Communication department
• Diffuses reports, policies and procedures, publications etc to all CSR departments.
• Interfaces with journalists, media and communication experts
• Liaises with other entities, HQ, and external consultants and contractors on communication of CSR activities and projects

Surveys and data analysis

• Performs baseline studies ahead of CSR projects under supervision of entity Manager
• Conducts external surveys to check level awareness for CSR & Company’s Foundation focus areas
• Conducts impact assessment for CSR activities and projects under supervision
• Gathers and analyses data from various entities and directly relates them to societal performance indices.

Planning and Administration

• Takes part in the planning & execution of CSR projects and programs.
• Ensures HSE and Compliance guidelines are disseminated to all CSR consultants and Contractors

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

• Transcription of raw data for reports and communication.
• Dealing with several entities and people for gathering data
• Coordinating activities in different locations.
• Monitoring & evaluation of CSR Projects/Programs, including impact assessments - Service involves high mobility to project sites all over the country
• Huge expectations from Stakeholders and the general public on CSR - Corp Social Responsibility is on front burner to maintain the company’s image as a responsible energy major

• Familiarize self with company’s emergency procedures
• Carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act or operation.

• Studies and assessments to evaluate CSR activities and projects
• Analysis and Prompt Reporting of the Company's societal performance.
• Timely communication and publicity of CSR activities and projects internally and externally
• Utilisation of appropriate communication channels
• Enhancing the good corporate image of the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Graduate Degree
• Minimum 5 year's work experience.
• Excellent writing and Communication skills with ability to spontaneously develop speeches and reports.
• Strong Analytical, Interpersonal, Reporting, Coordination
• knowledge of digital tools, Social Media /Data Analytics, graphics design and magazine production is highly desirable and will be an added advantages
