About the Role This internship is within Renault Group's Directorate of Innovation, in the Plan Innovation & Roadmap Futurama team, responsible for structuring and evolving the Group's innovation practices. It offers an immersion into the transformation of innovation processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Innovation, business, IS/IT) in a collaborative and stimulating environment. Location: Technocentre de Guyancourt (78 – France). What You'll Do
- Contribute to the evolution of innovation processes by incorporating the Group's key ambitions: simplification, acceleration, digitalisation and the use of Artificial Intelligence.
- Capture and formalise feedback from Futurama projects, especially customer-oriented ones, to identify and document value-added innovation principles.
- Analyse and align innovative ideas with operational constraints and user needs.
- Define and pilot proofs of concept (POC) to demonstrate concrete benefits of proposed evolutions.
- Contribute to formalising processes, master plans and innovation reference frameworks; participate in updating the Innovation Handbook. What We're Looking For
- Student in Bac+5 (engineering school or university) with a specialization in IT, data, artificial intelligence or intelligent systems.
- Strong interest in digitalisation, innovation and transformation of organisations.
- Knowledge of databases and AI acquired in academia or project work.
- Curiosity, initiative and willingness to engage with multidisciplinary teams. Nice to Have
