Job Summary

Are you looking for deep-dive exposure into Corporate Law and Trademark filings? Join Sujit Indore & Co. as a CS Trainee, where you will work on live compliance projects for LLPs and Companies, building a solid foundation in practicing secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the filing of various forms and returns on the MCA21 portal.

  • Analyze the requirements for Trademark registrations and assist in the filing process.

  • Support the drafting of Board Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes for client companies.

  • Liaise with the ROC and other regulatory authorities for compliance-related matters.

  • Maintain statutory registers and minutes books as per the Secretarial Standards.

  • Assist in FEMA compliance and secretarial audits for diverse entities.

  • Draft LLP agreements, resolutions, and power of attorney documents.

  • Required Skills & Qualifications Must-haves:

  • CS Executive cleared (Student pursuing training) or Semi-qualified CS.

  • Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act. Preferred:

  • Familiarity with the MCA Portal and Trademark search tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.

  • Stipend & Salary

  • Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 per month (As per industry standards).
