This is an excellent opportunity for CS Professional Passed candidates to gain hands-on experience in mutual fund regulations, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance while working with one of India’s leading asset management companies.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring compliance with SEBI Mutual Fund Regulations and SEBI AIF Regulations.

Support secretarial and corporate governance activities.

Prepare statutory documentation, board papers, and regulatory filings.

Assist in compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.

Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory authorities.

Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
-
Monitor regulatory updates and assist in implementation.

Support legal, compliance, and secretarial projects.

CS Professional Passed

Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013

Good communication, drafting, and analytical skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
