About the Role This CS Trainee role at a reputed PCS firm offers practical exposure to corporate and regulatory practice, working under experienced professionals to handle client assignments.
What You'll Do
- Assist with corporate secretarial practice under the Companies Act, 2013 including preparation of compliance documents, board meeting and annual compliance support
- Maintain statutory records and registers; assist with ROC filings and MCA portal compliances
- Support ROC & MCA compliance, annual filing requirements, and regulatory documentation
- Get exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) assignments and corporate insolvency resolution processes
- Assist with Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) documentation and due diligence
- Support FEMA and RBI compliance requirements, including filings and regulatory documentation
- Assist AGM-related tasks and scrutiny assignments; preparation of shareholder meeting documents
- Provide GST compliance support and advisory tasks
- Participate in secretarial due diligence, compliance reviews, and cost accounting related assignments as applicable
- Organize and maintain documentation and records; assist in regulatory filings
What We're Looking For
- Qualification: CS Executive Passed OR candidates undergoing practical training as per ICSI norms
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act, 2013; knowledge of ROC and MCA compliances
- Good drafting and communication skills; strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines; professional attitude; willingness to learn
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) assignments and interest in insolvency matters
- Interest in Corporate Restructuring, Regulatory Advisory, and related areas
Compensation & Benefits
- Stipend up to ₹15,000 per month; stipend offered based on interview performance, knowledge, and suitability for the role
