Job title: CS Trainee / Articleship
About the Role We are hiring 2 CS Trainees for a 21-month articleship in Noida at Krit Corp (CS Shruti Panday). This role offers practical, hands-on exposure across corporate compliance, drafting, e-filing, regulatory liaison, due diligence, and advisory support while building a solid foundation for a career as a Company Secretary.
What You'll Do
- Execute day-to-day secretarial and compliance work under supervision.
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, notices, resolutions, and other corporate documents.
- Prepare and file documents with the ROC, RD office, and other government authorities.
- Support e-filing work and statutory compliance documentation.
- Assist in matters related to environmental laws, IPR, finance & accounts, internal audit, and due diligence.
- Liaise with government authorities, external regulators, lawyers, auditors, and advisers.
- Maintain proper records, registers, filings, and compliance trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
- Must-haves: CS Executive qualified; 30 days EDP completed; strong written and verbal communication; good understanding of Companies Act, secretarial compliance, and basic corporate law processes; Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Attention to detail, ownership, and willingness to learn; Ability to manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Preferred: Familiarity with drafting and vetting of agreements; exposure to ROC filings, e-filing, due diligence, and compliance documentation; basic understanding of IPR, environmental laws, and internal audit support; experience or internship exposure in a corporate law firm, PCS firm, compliance team, or legal team; familiarity with MCA portal, digital filing processes, and document management; confidence in liaising with clients, authorities, and professional advisers.

- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month
