Dish TV India Limited is inviting applications for the position of CS Management Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for CS Professional Passed candidates to gain practical exposure in the secretarial and compliance functions of a listed company while working with an experienced corporate governance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute secretarial and statutory compliance assignments. Assist in Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings. Prepare agendas, notices, resolutions, and meeting minutes. Handle ROC and MCA filings and statutory documentation. Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities. Maintain statutory registers and corporate records. Coordinate with internal departments and regulatory authorities. Assist in compliance reporting and other secretarial assignments.
