Key responsibilities

• Are you a market-driven professional with strong client engagement skills and a passion for execution? Do you enjoy working at the intersection of sales, trading, and markets, delivering timely market insights and high-quality execution to clients?

We’re looking for a professional to join our team as an Execution and Sales Trader. Your responsibilities will include:

• interacting directly with clients and Client Advisors, providing market color, pricing, and execution guidance across asset classes

• executing client orders across equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX, and structured products in line with market conditions and client instructions

• actively monitoring markets and identifying trading opportunities, sharing ideas and flow insights with clients in a timely manner

• managing the full trade lifecycle, from order intake and validation to execution, monitoring, and post-trade follow-up

• ensuring best execution through effective price discovery, counterparty interaction, and adherence to execution policies

• maintaining strong communication with trading desks, sales teams, and operations to ensure seamless execution and settlement processes

• building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, counterparties, and market participants

• ensuring accurate documentation of client interactions, orders, and execution evidence in line with internal requirements

• The team

• You’ll be part of a dynamic and high-performance team based in São Paulo, Brazil. Our group is responsible for driving multi-asset class content and opportunities, and this role will complement the team by ensuring operational excellence in execution and controls. You’ll work closely with sales, traders, and other different professionals across the firm.

• Your skills and experience

• prior experience in trade execution across multiple asset classes

• strong knowledge of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, fixed income, FX)

• advanced technical skills, including Python, Excel (advanced), VBA, and SQL, with the ability to automate processes, analyze large datasets, and build efficient tools

• high attention to detail and ability to operate within strict control frameworks

• strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders and counterparties

• ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced trading environment

• proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills

• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
